The Grind (Coding)

Work on coding tasks. Drink Salty Water & Black Coffee. Avoid heavy physical tasks.

Hour 35 Activity

Pre-Break Workout

Light workout (Walk or light weights). Deplete the last of glycogen before the refeed.

Hour 36+ Feast

Break Fast

Start small (Bone broth/Eggs).
Wait 30 mins, then take Whey + Creatine. Do not binge.
